Availability
Unless otherwise indicated, all products are in digital format and will be shipped directly.

Order confirmation
On filing a successful order you'll receive an email message from Muddy Shoes Publications, which contains an invoice of the order. You will only get a soft copy.
It is advisable to keep this email should any inquiries regarding your order arise. 

Payment
Payments are handled by PayPal. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express. For information on transactions via PayPal, click here. All orders will be billed in US$.

VAT
All prices include VAT

Returns
Should you receive a damaged PDF file, please contact us by sending us an email  via our contact form on the Muddy Shoes website within 3 days of reception of goods. Please state the order number and what the problem is. Complaints not made within 3 days from reception of file will not be recognized.
